The rod-end load cell independently developed and produced by Fibos adopts the principle of resistance strain type, combined with high-precision cross parallel beam strain structure and circular diaphragm box structure, the measurement range covers 5kg~2t, and the measurement accuracy is better than 0.5%F.S.; the resistance strain gauge is evenly pasted on the strain beam of the sensor to measure the strain during the force process and output the mv-level voltage signal through the full bridge to linearly feedback the pressure change process; the fixing method of the two screws makes it convenient for the sensor to measure axial pressure and tension; the sensor body is made of high-strength alloy steel and stainless steel, the surface is rust-proof, the material has high yield strength, good anti-interference and safety performance, the response frequency is higher than 5KHZ, the service life can reach more than 3 million times, the safe overload is 150%, and the limit overload can reach 200%; the upper and lower connections are laser welded, and the protection level can reach IP65~68. The sensor can work normally between -20~80℃; the sensor output signal cable adopts high-quality drag chain line, which has a long bending service life; the rod end force sensors produced by our company are now widely used in automated assembly, medical testing, robotics and other measurement work experiments
The screw type tension and pressure sensor is mainly composed of elastic elements (usually screws), strain gauges, measurement circuits, and other parts. When subjected to tension or pressure, the elastic element (screw) will deform. This deformation will cause the strain gauges attached to the elastic element to deform, thereby changing their resistance value. By measuring the circuit, this change in resistance value can be detected and converted into an electrical signal output. The output electrical signal is proportional to the applied tension or pressure, thus achieving the measurement of tension and pressure.
