Product Application

Shear beam load cells can be used in the manufacture of floor scales, pallet scales, belt scales, conveyor scales, tank scales and hopper scales and checkweighers special requirement. Although the shear beam load cell has a certain overload capacity, the overload of the sensor should still be prevented during the installation process. Even short periods of overloading can cause damage. Therefore, when installing, you can first replace the sensor with a pad that is as high as the sensor, and then replace the sensor. In normal operation, the load cell should generally be equipped with overload protection components. If the sensor is fixed with a screw, a certain tightening torque is required, and in order to ensure safety, the screw should have a certain screw-in thread depth.
