Torque Sensor

Fibos dynamic torque from the principle is different from other domestic manufacturers, anti-interference performance is very superior, we use a single coil power supply, 3G signal transmission principle.The torque signal is converted directly into a digital signal for transmission conversion. Conventional frequency signals are susceptible to interference from on-site sources. And because the frequency signal alignment requirements are relatively high, if the vibration generated by the displacement sensor will lose the signal; Fibos torque core and outer coil can have a certain degree of misalignment without affecting the use of the torque sensor, so Fibos also has a better anti-vibration performance; Traditional products circuit electronic components for industrial grade, Fibos torque electronic components for automotive grade, equivalent to military grade, more stable performance. The maximum power consumption of the sensor is less than 1.45 watts, and the sensor will not heat up after a long time of power supply. The real rate of the internal chip to collect the millivolt signal of the sensor is 4~7 milliseconds; the fastest transmission rate supports 1 millisecond (single receiving mode). Torque axis using 17-4 stainless steel material, housing 7075 aircraft aluminium. The torque coaxial machining accuracy is 0.03 ~ 0.05mm, the bearings are NSK bearings from Japan, and the cable is made of one-piece injection moulded imitation Pentax 12-core connector.

WHAT IS LOAD CELL

LOAD CELL:

Torque sensors, also known as torque sensors, torque sensors, or torque sensors, are mainly used to measure the torsional torque on various rotating or non rotating mechanical components. Its working principle is based on strain gauge electrical measurement technology, which is achieved by attaching specialized torsional strain gauges to the elastic shaft and forming an electric bridge. When the elastic axis is subjected to torsional action, the strain gauge will undergo slight deformation, which is then converted into an electrical signal. This electrical signal is amplified and converted, and finally outputs a frequency signal proportional to the torsional stress, thereby achieving accurate measurement of torque.
