All orders placed by Buyer are only binding on Fibos upon written acceptance of such order by Fibos.
The written acceptance of the Buyer’s order by Fibos, whether in the form of an order acknowledgement or otherwise, shall be deemed to constitute a binding contract between the parties.
The price of each relevant Product and/ or Service shall be as specified in Fibos’s quotation or invoice. The Purchase Price of any undelivered Product and/ or unperformed Service may be increased by Fibos in its sole discretion in the event of
(a) any material increase in Fibos's costs.
(b) change in market conditions.
(c) any other causes beyond Fibos's reasonable control.
The validity period of quotation is subject to our quotations.
For samples, we support PayPal payment. Our payment policy is TT in advance because most products are customized according to customer requirements, rather than standard products. Hope you can understand and accept our policy.
