Force Sensor

The micro force sensor independently developed and produced by FIBOS adopts the principle of resistance strain type, combined with high-precision membrane box type and parallel beam strain structure, and the full bridge outputs mv-level voltage signal.
The sensor has good anti-interference and safety performance, high response frequency, service life of more than 3 million times, safe overload of 150%, and extreme overload of 200%; the sensor can work normally between -20~80℃, and can also be customized in high and low temperature versions, with an extreme temperature range of -40~200℃.
The sensor material includes aluminum alloy and stainless steel. The aluminum material is high-grade aviation aluminum, and the steel material is high-quality Fushun special steel; the sensor output signal cable uses high-quality drag chain line, which has a long bending service life;
The micro force sensor is small in size, with a minimum diameter of 8mm at present, a wide product measurement range, and a sensor resolution of 1mg with a range of 200g. The force measurement accuracy is reasonable, and the current maximum can reach 0.05%;
The micro force sensors produced by our company are now widely used in automated assembly, 3C product testing, new energy product assembly, medical testing, robotics and other small space force testing.

WHAT IS LOAD CELL

LOAD CELL:

Weighing force sensor is a device that converts mass signal into measurable electrical signal output. It consists of sensitive elements, conversion elements, measuring elements and other parts.

The working principle of weighing force sensor is based on the external force acting on the elastic body, causing the strain gauge attached to the elastic body to deform, thereby causing resistance change.
This change in resistance causes the Wheatstone bridge composed of resistors to lose balance and output an electrical signal that is linearly proportional to the external force.
Weighing force sensors generally use various metal foil strain gauges with a resistance of 350Ω. Various electronic scales made from them have the characteristics of high comprehensive accuracy, good stability and convenient display.
