The SFD (Surface Flatness Detection System) fatness detection equipment is mainly used for rapid on-sitedebugging of scrapers, rollers, and machines. By connecting wirelessly to the tablet (which needs to be pur-chased by oneself), operators can quickly check the flatness through the software. If the screen printing scraper for solar cells is not flat, it can affect the appearance quality of the solarcells and may also have a negative impact on their photoelectric conversion efficiency. Use a thin film pressuresensor to accurately measure the pressure distribution exerted by the scraper on the screen template duringthe printing process. Assist in evaluating the flatness of the scraper and its performance during the printingprocess
Place the SF2825 sensor on the screen of the screen printing, set the downward pressure of the scraper,and then observe the pressure distribution of the scraper during the stroke.
